We built PINEX around that difference rather than around one template stretched to fit everyone. Families get itineraries with enough slack for a slow morning; couples get privacy built in, not bolted on; corporate groups get one point of contact instead of five; and our Umrah departures are planned by people who understand what the trip is actually for.
